For over 40 years, family-owned Linford of Alaska has provided wholesale foods to our state, growing from humble beginnings when they served a route of mom and pop stores to today when they boast over $7 million in sales with over 500 active customers. Started by then husband and wife Russell and Sue Linford and run by Sue since 1985, the business has evolved, growing steadily into what it is today. They began in 1973 with three refrigerated trucks and a driver named Don Miller (who retired in 2002) and now have 18 full-time employees. Linford of Alaska takes pride in minimal employee turnover. Today, Linford of Alaska has just under 2000 on-site inventory food service and retail items.
